Processing of personal information is performed by the authorized owner and/or authorized persons in charge of such responsibility;it will always be performed in order to ensure data confidentiality and safety in compliance with the aforementioned Privacy Law.
Personal data that are collected and stored in data banks will not be shared with any third parties, unless required by law or, in any way, only with proper consent.

Personal Information may be shared with individuals who need such information in order to accurately perform the activities listed in paragraphs 1 and 2, and also with partners or external individuals, entrusted by VivoVenetia with such operational activities relating to consulting the Web platforms and connected sites.
Users’ Personal Information may be shared with administrative or legal Authorities, or any individual legitimized by law to query about such data, as provided for by law.

8. Type of Processed Data.
