The purpose of the present document is to set out the Terms and Conditions and demonstrate how VivoVenetia manages the provided Personal Information of its Visitors and End Users, in accordance with the current regulations on Privacy Protection according to Law n. 675/1996 as modified and added to Law n. 196/2003 and potential further amendments and additions.

1. Why VivoVenetia Uses Personal Information.

Processing of personal information is performed by the authorized owner and/or authorized persons in charge of such responsibility;it will always be performed in order to ensure data confidentiality and safety in compliance with the aforementioned Privacy Law.
Personal data that are collected and stored in data banks will not be shared with any third parties, unless required by law or, in any way, only with proper consent.

Personal Information may be shared with individuals who need such information in order to accurately perform the activities listed in paragraphs 1 and 2, and also with partners or external individuals, entrusted by VivoVenetia with such operational activities relating to consulting the Web platforms and connected sites.
Users’ Personal Information may be shared with administrative or legal Authorities, or any individual legitimized by law to query about such data, as provided for by law.
6.International Data Transfers.

8. Type of Processed Data.
The computer systems and procedures used to operate the Web platforms collect some Personal Information, which communication is implied when Internet communication protocolsare used to carry out particular tasks.
