Responsible tourism contributor
I love Venice: this city boasts lots of cultural treasures and, since forever, tourism and cultural activities have been my passions.
All my studies were based on tourism: I graduated in Cultural Tourism at the University of Udine and I have a Master Degree in Intercultural Development of Tourism Systems at the Ca’Foscari University in Venice. My final theses both focused on sustainable tourism in Venice.
At the same time, my interest in sustainable and responsible tourism grew, and I had an internship opportunity at the UNESCO Venice Office - a great experience! I think that being a traveller means to get to know other places and cultures: you must know different cultures if you want to open your mind!
I recently heard about VivoVenetia by chance, and was very happy to come across someone else who studied in sustainable and responsible tourism, and actually works in the field. I am extremely pleased to work with young team members whose sole purpose is to develop sustainable tourism. This type of tourism brings into play people who really want to discover the territory and its culture, and be part of the travel experience.
Background: Degree in Design and Management of Cultural Tourism, University of Padova.
