Other practical information

To request additional services available, please make your request at the time of booking.

Collection of invitation: on the day of the event, with the booking voucher, you must go to the venue of the organising company to collect your invitation, designed and personalised by hand by the organiser, which must be shown at the entrance to the party.

Photo Release – with the purchase of the ticket:

you authorise the organising company and all those acting on its behalf to take your image on television, photographic or film media with the right to use it for editorial, promotional or any other publication purposes;
you renounce your image rights without limitation of time and without any consideration in your favour; this renunciation does not, however, permit the use of the images in contexts that are detrimental to personal dignity and decorum and in any case for use and/or purposes other than those indicated above;
you hereby declare that you aware that the use of personal video cameras, cameras and photographic equipment is not permitted during the event.

Sales Conditions

Once a reservation is confirmed, there will be no refunds. Due to the high number of requests for the event in question, we are forced to establish very strict cancellation policies, with no refunds in case of cancellation.

In case of cancellation of the event by us (for COVID reasons), 90% of the ticket will be refunded or a voucher of EQUAL AMOUNT valid for one year will be issued. The organizer will not be held responsible for any damage or financial loss related to the organization of the participants’ stay.

Any other reason for cancellation (inability to travel to the country/region of origin) will not be recognized. We therefore recommend that a private insurance policy be taken out at the client’s expense.

At this masquerade ball, a costume is compulsory. You can hire it directly from the organiser’s atelier. The costume fitting is itself a real event and a moment you will not forget. You can choose from more than 1,500 unique costumes, handmade with passion.

A unique venue: Scuola Grande della Misericordia

The 2023 edition will take place at the majestic Scuola Grande della Misericordia, located in the Cannaregio district at the end of the “fondamenta”.

This unique building dominates the northern part of the historic centre of Venice.

The “Scuola Grande di Santa Maria della Misericordia” was the seat of a school of Battuti di Venezia that was among the richest and most active between the early 14th and early 19th centuries.

Today, great restoration work has made it an ideal location for Venice’s most sumptuous events.
