Wine tasting and cellar tour in the Treviso area

Torchiato di Fregona Piera Dolza, Boschera and Grappa di Torchiato

These three products are the result of a shared passion among a group of seven historical Torchiato di Fregona producers, who manage nowadays the recently built Centro di appassimento in the city after which the wine took its name. During the cellar tour, visitors are accompanied by a member in order to learn more about the traditional winemaking process and the instruments that are used since the 17^th century to obtain this rare wine. From September to April the grapes are left to dry in order to give off unique aromas that get more and more intense as grape pressing time gets closer. At the end of the visit, you will sample the Torchiato as well as other products.
