GUIDED TREASURE HUNTS IN VENICE

The price varies depending on the treasure hunt selected and the number of participants. To find the exact rate for your group, simply run a booking simulation.

  This is a game of thinking, observing, and connecting the dots. If you’re not ready to challenge yourself, this may not be your kind of tour.

  If you expect to do everything with a QR code, you might be disappointed - we believe in the power of paper and real-world observation.
• For those in a rush.
  Venice is meant to be deciphered. If you just want to hurry through without noticing hidden details in capitals or narrow streets, you’ll miss the magic of the game.
• For those relying on technology.
  If you think Google will solve everything, you’re on the wrong track - here you’ll need intuition, paper, and a keen eye.
• For “The Cursed Palace”: those expecting to visit a haunted Venetian palace.

We provide everything you need in the printed game kit. Your phone? Keep it in your pocket. The only technology you’ll really need is your brain.

If you choose the team mode, just one phone per group is enough to stay in touch with the guide.

Included in the price:

• Local guide;
• Maps of Venice;
• A small gift from VivoVenetia.

Not included in the price:

• Additional game materials (excluding the maps), which are provided for use only during the activity and include a kit with folder, envelopes, and clues;
• Anything not explicitly mentioned.

• This treasure hunt is conducted with a guide.
• In case of cancellation up to 5 days before the experience, 20% of the total amount will be retained.
• In case of cancellation within 5 days prior to the experience date, or in case of a no-show (failure to arrive at the agreed time and meeting point), no refund will be issued.
• In case of bad weather, the activity will take place as scheduled.
• In case of severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the activity at their sole discretion. In such cases, you will be offered either a rescheduling to a different date or time, or a full refund.
• After booking, a voucher will be sent by email (to the address provided during the booking process), including a summary of your reservation and the meeting point with the guide.
• Game materials, except for the maps, are not included in the price: they are provided for use only during the activity and must be returned to the guide at the end.
• In case of missing or damaged materials (e.g. written on or marked), VivoVenetia will apply a penalty of €50.
