• The price varies depending on the number of participants. A maximum of 8 people per group is allowed.
• The price also depends on the chosen starting point: Piazzale Roma or St. Mark’s.
• By simulating a booking, you will be able to see the exact final price.
• The experience is available every day, with starting times between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

Included in the price:

• Final reward consisting of one drink (a glass of Spritz or Prosecco, your choice) and one cicchetto per person at the venue indicated in the voucher (the same location where the game materials must be returned);
• A small gift from VivoVenetia.

Not included in the price:

• Game materials, which are provided on a loan basis for the duration of the activity (including a bag with folder, envelopes, and clues);
• Any additional food or drinks beyond what is included;
• Anything not expressly mentioned.

• In case of cancellation up to 72 hours before the experience, 20% of the total amount will be retained.
• In case of cancellation within 72 hours prior to the tour, or in case of no-show (failure to appear at the indicated place and time), no refund will be provided.
• In case of bad weather, the activity will take place as scheduled.
• In case of severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, the organizer reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel the activity. In this case, participants will be offered the option to reschedule to a different date or time, or to receive a full refund.
• At the end of the booking process, a voucher will be sent via email (to the address provided during booking), including a summary of the experience details and instructions for the collection and return of the game materials.
• This treasure hunt is self-guided.
• Game materials are not included in the price: they are provided on a loan basis for the duration of the activity and must be returned at the end to the venue indicated in the voucher (the same location where the final reward drink is served).
• In case of missing or damaged materials (e.g. written on or marked), the venue reserves the right not to serve the final drink, and VivoVenetia will apply a penalty of €50.
