Shared sailing tours in the Venice Lagoon

These sailing trips are group experiences shared with other participants, with fixed prices that do not vary based on the number of participants.

A maximum of 8 or 10 people are allowed per tour, depending on the excursion.

The experience is available every day.

Included:

• boat hire and fuel;
• skipper;
• aperitif and lunch or dinner on board featuring “fish”;
  meat, vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free menus available on request.

Not included:

• other alcoholic drinks and spirits not included in the excursion;
• anything not expressly mentioned under “Included”.

Itinerary and Excursions

• The itinerary is indicative and subject to weather and environmental conditions; therefore, the decision regarding the planned itinerary and any changes lies solely with the captain.
• Excursions are group activities and confirmation is subject to a minimum number of participants being reached.
• Excursion times may be changed at the captain’s discretion.

Cancellation policy

• For cancellations up to 7 days before the experience, 20% of the total amount will be retained.
• For cancellations up to 24 hours before the experience, a 50% penalty will be retained.
• In the event of a no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the experience, no refund will be given.
• In the event of cancellation due to bad weather, decided solely by the captain (based on ARPAV or Meteomar bulletins), the experience will be postponed or refunded in full, at the customer’s discretion.

Ernesto, a skipper who is deeply in love with the Venice Lagoon, will be your guide on this unforgettable experience; sailing became his great passion after his first trip in the Mediterranean Sea!

And now he will share this great passion with you aboard his 12-metre sloop.

Together with Ernesto, you will learn the basics of sailing and have the chance to try your hand at the helm, discovering the secrets of sailing.

Ernesto speaks English and Italian.

The boat is a 12-meter sloop and can accommodate:

• up to 10 people aged 2 years or older for the 2-hour tour with a light dinner;
• up to 8 people for the 4-hour tour with lunch on board.

Parents may bring their children under the age of 2.

The boat is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, a refrigerator, music, and deck space where you can lie down and sunbathe.

• Guests must bring clothing suitable for rain and wind.
• Footwear is not permitted on board; if shoes must be worn due to cold or rain, leather shoes or heels are not allowed, only white rubber shoes.
• Each person may bring only one soft backpack without metal parts, with a maximum volume of 30 liters; hard-shell suitcases or wheeled luggage are not permitted.
• It is not permitted to bring or use single-use plastic of any kind (bottles, cups, tableware) on board.
• Please bring towels and a swimsuit if you wish to swim.

The departure point is at the Marina di Sant’Elena in Venice or at Punta Sabbioni in Cavallino Treporti.

Please arrive at the boarding area a few minutes before departure.

You will be asked for your departure point when you make your booking.

The exact boarding point and the skipper’s mobile number are stated on the voucher.
