On 31 December 2026, get ready for a complete experience.

  • From 8 p.m., an Italian buffet aperitif will kick things off, followed by a gourmet dinner accompanied by artistic performances and live music.
  • Midnight toast with Franciacorta.
  • From 12.15 a.m., the party continues with an after-dinner party and DJ set with artists from the lagoon.
  • 2 a.m. End of the evening

Dress code: participation in elegant dress in the evening is compulsory.

Aperitif

Welcome Flute of Baron Fuente Champagne.

Finger food

Delicious croissant with salmon mousse, caramelized onion, and avocado foam.

Marinated salmon and poached shrimp.

Appetizer

Seafood tartare on a zucchini velouté, citrus marinade, and julienned squid with flying fish caviar.

First courses

“Tortelloni” stuffed with sea bass, sautéed in melted butter with sage, papaya, and scampi cream.

Gragnano DOP fusilloni with scampi, fresh cherry tomatoes, and parsley oil.

Main courses

Sliced croaker on a scampi bisque, red shrimp, and turnip roots or late-harvest Treviso radicchio.

A modern take on “parmigiana”.

Dessert

Vanilla mousse with a hazelnut center and a crispy wafer
