On 31 December 2025, get ready for a complete experience.

  • From 8 p.m., an Italian buffet aperitif will kick things off, followed by a gourmet dinner accompanied by artistic performances and live music.
  • Midnight toast with Franciacorta.
  • From 12.15 a.m., the party continues with an after-dinner party and DJ set with artists from the lagoon.
  • 2 a.m. – End of the evening

Dress code: participation in elegant dress in the evening is compulsory.

Welcome Flute of Baron Fuente Champagne.

Finger food

Puff pastry croissant with salmon mousse and caramelised onion.

Tartlet with tuna mousse and prawns simmered in brandy.

Starter

Seared prawns on marinated courgettes and julienne squid with flying fish roe

First courses

Sea bass tortelli pan-fried with melted butter and poppy seeds and pea cream.

Fusilloni di Gragnano DOP with baby squid and cherry tomatoes on lentil cream and parsley oil.

Main course

Slice of sea croaker fillet on scampi bisque with rosemary pumpkin and late radicchio seared with Parmigiano Reggiano.

Dessert

Vanilla panna cotta with salted caramel and hazelnut crumble.
