Starting from Chioggia Sottomarina by ferry, you will cross the Venetian Lagoon, admiring the beautiful scenery it offers. You will see the island of Pellestrina, San Pietro in Volta, Alberoni, Malamocco, and the beautiful Venice Lido, one of the most exclusive destinations, especially in summer, and home to one of the most famous film festivals in the world. As you enter the lagoon, you will arrive at the San Marco Basin, where you can admire the majestic palaces of Venice. You will disembark at Riva degli Schiavoni, just a few hundred meters from Piazza San Marco.

You will have the entire day or evening to enjoy the beauty of this city on the water! You can join guided tours, wander through the calli (narrow streets), and explore the famous monuments in the world’s most famous square, such as the Basilica, the Doge’s Palace, and the Correr Museum. When you get hungry, why not try some local food at the famous “Bacari“? Or if you’re into shopping, you can stroll through Calle XXII Marzo with its world-famous brands or visit the Fondaco dei Tedeschi in Rialto. History of Chioggia Italy: A Brief Overview

Chioggia is a historic town in the Venetian Lagoon in the Veneto region, often called the “Little Venice” because of its canals and picturesque architecture. Its history dates back to Roman times, with names like Clodia or Clugia.
