Dog friendly beaches and holidays: dog friendly hotels, restaurants… and much more!
If you are among those who just can’t leave Fido at auntie Emma’s for a week without spending your holiday worried about the missing furry member of your family… you know how complicated it is to find structures where dogs are allowed. Italy is no exception, so here we are with a few suggestion on where to find dog friendly beaches and how to spend your dog friendly holiday in Veneto!

The town of Jesolo provides these papers printable, in PDF format, where you can find information on the various areas where dogs are allowed in each beach. If you want to be sure, Bau Bau Beach just opened for business in Jesolo: a finely equipped area in the bigger Nemo Beach resort, where dogs can run, swim, and even do an agility track!
Dog friendly beaches in Caorle
At Caorle’s Bau Beach, dogs can swim and even get washed in a designated area, and during the winter, it is possible to bring dogs off the leash.

A guide will take you on a wonderful walk in this suggestive area, sharing tales and anecdotes of the mountains, while your dog will enjoy a walk in an uncontaminated environment, with lots of new smells and sounds.
The old inn in Val Belluna: a delicious cheese and cold cuts buffet with wine in a historical “locanda” at the feet of the Dolomites! A great chance for a nice walk for your dog, and maybe he/she will get some delicacy under the table too? (But remember, too much dairy can be bad for your dog!)
