The Venetian lagoon will be our fascinating panorama for a truly memorable evening. We will enjoy the beautiful sunset in front of Pellestrina, immersing ourselves in a canvas where the colours of the day mix with those of the night to create an incredible palette. We will dine on a fishermen’s boat equipped for fishing and savour a menu that brings together all the scents and flavours of the Venice lagoon.
Gliding through its waters we will listen to stories and anecdotes of the lagoon, enjoy a seafood dinner prepared on the day and enjoy a good glass of wine .. in a unique and incomparable setting.

The Venetian lagoon is pure magic: it enraptures you with its silences sporadically interrupted by a few sleepy seagulls, in the ghebi the soul is mirrored in the calm waters veiled by the lace of the seaweed, the shadows of the abandoned islands dance in the colours of the night barely illuminated by the outlines of the Lido and Venice.
We will embark at a time not to miss the magical moment of sunset on the boat as the sun begins to set, giving way to the shy evening breeze. We will sail in a fishermen’s boat and it will be impossible not to get your phones or cameras out to take some photos of an unforgettable panorama.
We will take you to this unique setting for an intimate dinner but full of surprises and joy. A dinner in Venice and its lagoon on a fishing boat is something very common among us residents, but very difficult to experience if you come from outside.
We are offering you an experience that has nothing touristy about it. You will be part of a small group of participants; from a minimum of 4 to a maximum of 16 people.
No candlelight dinner because we will be illuminated by the light of the sunset and the stars!
You can choose between 2 proposals, find out which one suits you best. Possible departure points are Lido di Venezia or Fusina.
Venice lagoon excursion with dinner on a fishing boat
We sail into the splendour of the lagoon, admiring its views and leaving our eyes to scan the horizon line where the lagoon meets the sky. A half-hour stop at Pellestrina awaits us to stroll through the alleyways and colourful houses or to pop down to the beach for a dip in the sea.
Back on board, we head for the mussel farms where we moor for dinner and, if we wish, also try a dip in the lagoon.
Duration: 5 hours.
It is also possible to organise the excursion with lunch instead of dinner.
Sunset aperitif on a boat in the lagoon
A sunset aperitif, we sail a short distance to a front row seat for the sunset spectacle in the lagoon while enjoying various cicchetti. Our aperitif in the lagoon includes Prosecco, aperol spritz or gingerino (2 glasses of aperitif per person), fried mussels skewers, croutons with salt cod, peoci in saore (Venetian-style mussels), sardele scottadeo (sardines), peoci (mussels) flavoured with date.

The right menu for a dinner on a boat in the lagoon? Traditional Venetian fish dishes that meet the philosophy of the excursion, i.e. the pleasure of sailing among the scents of the lagoon.
For this dinner on board a fishing boat in the lagoon, we have looked at the lagoon itself and have been inspired by what is usually the catch of the day.
We will start in the best tradition, with a welcome drink, and we will not let you miss out on good wine during the dinner served on board.
