Other practical information

Dress code:

  • period or themed costume compulsory;
  • evening gowns or dinner jackets are not permitted;
  • full disguise must be worn; evening dress/elegant dress with mask alone will not gain entry.

Admission is prohibited for persons under 18 years of age.

  • The dinner menu is fish-based:
  • when booking, you can alternatively choose a meat, vegetarian or vegan menu;
  • in the event of food allergies or intolerances, a special menu may be requested at the time of booking;
  • in the event that no preference is communicated, the menu served will be fish-based;
  • menus will be available a few days before the event.

Getting to Ca’ Vendramin Calergi:

  • on foot from Piazzale Roma (about 15 minutes) and from Santa Lucia Station (about 10 minutes);
  • by free water shuttle departing from Piazzale Roma;
  • by vaporetto Line 1 Actv, San Marcuola stop, from Piazzale Roma or Ferrovia.

    Put on a period costume and climb the iconic steps of the Ca’ Vendramin Calergi palace. Enter its splendid rooms overlooking the Grand Canal and take part in the official celebration of the Venice Carnival 2026. Relive the fun and seductive atmosphere of 18th-century Venetian balls and let yourself be seduced by the Song of Ambrosia. Between dream and reality, let yourself be transported from the sacredness of Olympia to the splendour of Venice, in a mix of games, valiant challenges, live performances, epic trials, noble entertainment and lots of spectacle.

    During this truly unique event, you will enjoy a sumptuous seafood placé dinner, be enchanted by captivating artistic performances, and dance to the rhythm of the music and DJ set. You will enjoy a setting with magnificent costumes, amazing lighting effects, special themed sounds and wonderful performances by dancers, actors and musicians.

    The programme of the Carnival Official Dinner Show

    The eventi begins between 8:30 p.m. and 9 p.m. with a welcome in the main hall, the first artistic entertainment and an aperitif.
    This is followed by seating at tables for dinner. During dinner, artistic performances can be admired in the various halls.
    At the end of dinner, we enter the Salon for the final artistic performance and the start of the after-dinner party with dancing and DJ sets.

    Dress code: a historical or themed costume is required, so evening gowns or dinner jackets are not permitted. If you wish to participate with a beautiful historical costume, discover our rental service.

    Menu: dinner includes a 5-course meal with starter, two first courses, main course, dessert accompanied by a selection of Italian wines.

    The dinner menu includes fish dishes; alternatively, you can choose an alternative meat, vegetarian or vegan menu. Any food allergies and/or intolerances must be notified at the time of booking.

    Location: the event is hosted in the splendid halls of the Renaissance Ca’ Vendramin Calergi, a palace overlooking the Grand Canal and home to the Casino of Venice (link to location on Google Maps).
