  • No-Show Policy: No refund for no-shows.
  • Exception for Tours with Reserved Lunch: Date changes for these tours require at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Service Date Changes: Allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Lunch Reservations: 100% refund for cancellations up to 24 hours in advance. No refund for cancellations within the last 24 hours or no-shows.
  • Group Reservations (10+ people): 100% refund for cancellations up to 7 days before the experience. No refund for cancellations within 7 days.
  • Adverse Weather Conditions: The organizer may modify or suspend the service. Weather evaluation is at the organizer’s discretion.
  • Venice City Ordinance: The disembarkation point may be moved to Fondamenta Nuove without prior notice (approximately 30 minutes’ walk from St. Mark’s Square).
  • High Traffic Days: The order of island visits (Murano and Torcello) may be reversed.
  • Program Changes: The operator is not responsible for inconveniences caused by program changes.
  • Return Schedule: Ensure you note the return times given on board and be ready to depart at the scheduled time. The boat will depart as scheduled to ensure a pleasant experience for all passengers.

With our flexible itineraries, you can choose from five different tour options, each offering a unique perspective on Venice and its surrounding islands. Punta Sabbioni and the three islands: Murano, Burano, and Torcello (full day)

  • 9:45 AM: Check-in
  • 10:15 AM: Departure from Punta Sabbioni
  • Stop at St. Mark’s Square to pick up additional passengers – Departure at 11:00 AM
  • 11:30 AM: Arrival at Murano – 1 hour and 15 minutes of free time, including a visit to a glass factory
  • 12:45 PM: Departure for Burano – 2 hours of free time (with the option to book lunch)
  • 3:15 PM: Departure for Torcello – 1 hour of free time in Torcello
  • 5:00 PM: Arrival at Punta Sabbioni

This tour is available from early April to early October.

Excursion with free time in Venice and visits to the islands of Murano and Burano (full day)

You have two options: either visit Venice in the morning and then continue to the islands in the afternoon, or start with the islands and explore Venice in the afternoon.

Punta Sabbioni Venice + Murano + Burano

Departure times to Venice San Marco: 9:15 AM / 10:00 AM / 10:30 AM (as per customer’s choice)

  • 1:00 PM: Departure for Murano
  • 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Stop at Murano (1 hour)
  • 2:30 PM: Departure for Burano
  • 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Stop at Burano (1 hour and a half)
  • 4:30 PM: Departure for Punta Sabbioni – arrival at 5:00 PM

This tour is available from early April to early October.

Depending on the chosen departure time, you will have between 2 and 3 hours and 45 minutes to explore and walk around the San Marco area.

Punta Sabbioni – Murano + Burano + Venice

  • 10:15 AM: Departure from Punta Sabbioni
  • 11:30 AM – 12:45 PM: Stop at Murano (including a visit to a glass factory for about 15 minutes)
  • 1:15 PM – 2:30 PM: Free time in Burano with an option to have lunch on the island
  • 3:30 PM: Arrival in Venice, near St. Mark’s Square
  • 4:45 PM and 6:00 PM: Departure from San Marco to Punta Sabbioni (arriving around 5:30 PM / 6:40 PM)

The tour is available every day from early April to early October.

Two-Island Tour from Punta Sabbioni: Burano and Murano (Afternoon)

  • 2:15 PM: Departure from Punta Sabbioni
  • 1:30 PM: Arrival in Murano with about 1 hour of free time
  • 3:00 PM: Stop at Burano (over 1 hour)
  • 5:00 PM: Arrival at Punta Sabbioni

The tour is available Monday to Friday from late May to mid-September.

Practical Information – From Punta Sabbioni to Burano Ferry and Other Islands in the Lagoon

  • Punta Sabbioni Boarding Point

The starting point is located on Via Lungomare San Felice, about 250 meters to the right of the ACTV stop in Punta Sabbioni coming from Via Fausta (details are on your booking voucher). Parking is close to the departure dock. Make sure you have your booking voucher, either printed or on your smartphone, as it contains all the necessary information for your day.

  • Availability and schedules

The DEPARTURE is GUARANTEED every day from April to October, except for exceptions decided by the company. In case of bad weather that is not deemed exceptional by the organizer, the excursion will continue as planned.

“The restaurant ‘Al Raspo de Ua’ offers convenient and quick menu options, helping you avoid unnecessary waiting and allowing you more time to explore Burano. If the set menu doesn’t appeal to you, you can always order something else on the spot.

In Burano, you’ll only have 2 hours for lunch, so including lunch in your excursion is recommended to optimize your time. This way, you can enjoy a typical meal without limiting yourself to a sandwich or a packed lunch. Here are the lunch options available.
