      This is all you need to know about how to get from Venice Marco Polo airport to Mestre station. Many people increasingly choose to stay in Mestre rather than Venice city itself during their holiday, as there are plenty of services there and a wide range of accommodation to suit every pocket.
      The best option is to take the bus from the airport. There is only one direct shuttle bus to Mestre from Venice airport. Our recommended option is to use is the ATVO Airport Express Bus which is the only direct shuttle between Venice airport and Mestre train station. In less than 20 minutes you will arrive in the center of Mestre or the train station, without intermediate stops.

      Finding the bus platform is easy: exit the arrivals hall and go straight ahead! It is only a short walk. The first lane is the taxi rank, and the second one, 20 meters away is for buses. From here the buses leave for the whole of Veneto. Make sure you take the right bus to Mestre (line 10a / 10 A or express airport service – Mestre train station)! Check the timetable before travelling!
