Other practical information

The boat is a small, all-wooden sailboat that accommodates up to 6 people.

On board

  • Only sneakers with rubber soles are allowed on board; barefoot is the norm on board.
  • Each person can bring a soft backpack or bag on board; hard suitcases or trolleys are not allowed.
  • Guests must bring a swimsuit and clothing suitable for sun/wind.
  • The boat has a toilet and shower.

Boarding point

  • The boarding point is at Certosa Island; reachable on the way there by vaporetto (Actv line 4) and on the way back by shuttle service.
  • On request, it is possible to be accompanied from the vaporetto stop to the boarding point by our skipper.

Sales Conditions

  • The itinerary is indicative and subject to weather and environmental conditions, so the decision regarding the planned route and any variations is the exclusive responsibility of the captain.
  • Once the booking is confirmed, no refunds are provided. Due to the high number of requests for this event, we are forced to establish very strict cancellation policies, which do not provide for any refunds in case of cancellation.
  • In case of bad weather or any other situation beyond the control of the organizers, the evening is never canceled, except for very adverse weather conditions that will be assessed indisputably by the captain. If the weather conditions do not allow the regular conduct of the evening, the Municipality of Venice (organizer of the Pyrotechnic Show) may postpone the start time of the performance, before announcing the possible cancellation of the show. In case of cancellation of the pyrotechnic show due to any reason beyond our control, the event will still take place on board with dinner.

Dinner and Redentore Festival by Sailboat: the Program

Come experience the evening and night of the Redentore in Venice by sailboat. We await you on board for an unforgettable experience with a fish dinner included and the opportunity to admire the splendid fireworks display from a privileged position.

Departure is scheduled for 5:00 PM from the Island of Certosa. After a short and relaxing excursion in the lagoon where you will have the opportunity to swim near the Lido, we will return to Certosa to dock at the pier and sip a fresh aperitif at the marina’s kiosk. Subsequently, around 8:30 PM, we will enjoy a fish dinner on board based on the freshest local products and typical Venetian dishes.

After dinner, we will enjoy one of the most iconic skylines in the world while we wait for the Redentore fireworks.

You can admire the show from the water, comfortably and without the stress of the crowds that flock to the shores of the historic center.

Our location will allow us to fully enjoy the fireworks that will light up the sky with a myriad of colors. The low fireworks, which explode on the water’s surface, will be less visible.
The end of the festivities with greetings to our skipper is scheduled for 01:00 AM.

This experience is perfect for six friends or three couples who wish to spend the most authentic Venetian celebration in simplicity and good company. A Redentore festival different from those you have already experienced, on a small and intimate boat in a quiet place, but without sacrificing the wonderful view of the fireworks display and without missing out on an exquisite dinner on board.

Redentore Dinner Menu

You will enjoy dinner on the deck of the sailboat in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The dinner menu will be based on the catch of the day and prepared according to typical Venetian recipes.

  • Appetizer: bovoetti (small sea snails), sarde in saor (sardines in a sweet and sour onion marinade), and baccalà (creamed cod).
  • First course: bigoli in salsa (thick spaghetti with an anchovy and onion sauce).
  • Second course: cuttlefish with peas.
  • Dessert: watermelon.
  • Drinks: wine and water.
