Sales Conditions

Places available for the experience are limited.
In case of cancellation by the customer, the following penalties will apply:
- 30% if cancellation occurs up to 21 days before the date of the experience;
- 60% if cancellation occurs between 21 and 14 days before the date of the experience;
- no refund in the last 14 days before the experience.
No reason for cancellation (including inability to travel to the country/area of origin) will be accepted. We therefore recommend that customers take out private insurance at their own expense.
In the event of cancellation of the event due to COVID, the ticket will be refunded at 90%, postponed to the following year, or converted into a voucher.
In the event of bad weather or any other situation beyond the control of the organizers, the evening will never be canceled, except in the case of very adverse weather conditions, which will be assessed at the sole discretion of the organizer. If weather conditions do not allow the evening to proceed as planned, the City of Venice (organizer of the fireworks display) may postpone the start time of the show before announcing its cancellation. In the event of the show being suspended after the water taxi has departed, there will be no right to a ticket refund. In the event of the fireworks display being canceled before departure on board the water taxi, 30% of the booking amount will be refunded.

Redentore fireworks from a water taxi

11:00 p.m.

After dinner, a comfortable water taxi will be waiting for you just a few steps from the restaurant. Hop aboard and find a spot in St. Mark’s Basin to admire the fireworks display reflected on the water from a privileged vantage point.

At the end of the fireworks display (approximately shortly after midnight), the water taxi will take you back to shore.

After booking, you will receive the boat contact and the exact dock where you should arrive. Boarding takes place near the restaurant.

No, the water taxi is a shared service with other guests, with a maximum of 10 passengers.

The table at the restaurant is private, and the seating arrangement is organized by the restaurant according to the reservations.

What happens in case of bad weather?
The evening takes place even in case of rain or moderate bad weather.
Only in the event of very adverse weather conditions may the organizer evaluate possible changes.

How should I dress? (Dress code)
There is no mandatory dress code.
We recommend a neat outfit (smart casual) and a light jacket, as it can be windy in the lagoon in the evening.
