Venice Carnival Dinner: an evening of pure fun!

This year come and experience the magic of the Venice Carnival 2026: masked dinner and live entertainment themed “The Legend of Casanova”.

At the beginning, you will be welcomed by our masked performers who will introduce you to the evening with a welcome drink.

Afterwards, the party will begin with live music and entertainment, in which our figurants will present you with a waltz lesson and gallant themed dances for unforgettable fun!

The evening will get into full swing with a gala costume dinner served in the restaurant’s dining room where, in between courses, performances by singers and artists will take you through the world of the Legend of Casanova!

Jugglers, dancers and singers will be ready to fascinate and involve you in a sensational experience.

Come and experience the magic of this Venice Carnival dinner and treat yourself to an unforgettable evening!

Program of the evening

  • 6:30 p.m. Check-in at the reception.
  • 7 p.m. An aperitif will be served with music
    and a waltz lesson and gallant dancing.
  • From 8 p.m. Gala dinner served
    in the restaurant with live performances.
  • 11 p.m. Dessert.
  • 1 a.m. End of the evening.

Dinner menu

Welcome cocktail with prosecco, classic spritz, bellini and non-alcoholic fruit cocktail all accompanied by some snack.

Venetian Tris:
cod quenelle creamed on bread crostone, scallop gratin with thyme panure and lagoon shrimps on soft polenta.

Traditional seafood risotto with prawns and Prosecco DOCG.

Slice of Mediterranean sea bass (cherry tomatoes, capers and olives) with potato medallions.

Buffet of typical carnival sweets, tiramisu and fresh fruit.

Wine, water and coffee included.

Venice Carnival Party with masquerade dinner

Location with refined environments

For this carnival celebration, the location is the Hotel Saturnia & International: converted from an ancient 14th-century palace, and located in the heart of Venice.

It is within walking distance of St. Mark’s Square and La Fenice theater, also easy to reach by vaporetto or water cab.

The interiors of this palace evoke a historic ambience, with elegant decorations and refined settings.
