Experience Carnival as a true protagonist with the Don Giovanni Carnival Party, in the wonderful Hotel Saturnia!
Let yourself be overwhelmed by this masked evening of pure fun: as soon as you enter, you will be welcomed by our staff, who will introduce you to the gala dinner with a toast and aperitif to the Carnival of Venice 2026!
Afterward, we will move to the restaurant hall, where in between courses, performances by our artists in period dress will be staged.
Party with masquerade dances and performances by live artists!
Art, entertainment, mystery, and seduction….be swept away by the passion of the great seducer!
In fact, during the dinner party, music and costume shows will invite you to discover the world of fascination and seduction: our artists will entertain you by reviving the atmosphere of Don Giovanni!

Venice Carnival Party: Program of the evening
- 6.30 p.m. Access to the event and welcome to the covered courtyard for introduction to the evening.
- 7 p.m. Welcome aperitif, music and entertainment by artists with a waltz lesson and themed gallant dances for an atmosphere of pure fun.
- 8 p.m. Gala dinner in the dining room with entertainment from singers and artists on the evening’s theme and performances by jugglers and dancers for an unforgettable party.
- 11 p.m. Dessert is served.
- 1.00 a.m. End of the event.
DRESS CODE: carnival costume or elegant dress with mask is compulsory.
Don Giovanni carnival party: dinner menu
Welcome cocktail with prosecco, classic spritz, bellini and non-alcoholic fruit cocktail all accompanied by some snack.
Venetian Tris: cod quenelle creamed on bread crostone, scallop gratin with thyme panure and lagoon shrimps on soft polenta.
Traditional seafood risotto with prawns and Prosecco DOCG.
Slice of Mediterranean sea bass (cherry tomatoes, capers and olives) with potato medallions.
Buffet of typical carnival sweets, tiramisu and fresh fruit.
Wine, water and coffee included.
Location of the carnival party
The party takes place a few steps away from St Mark’s Square and the La Fenice theatre, at the Hotel Saturnia.
Housed in an ancient 14th-century palace, and located in the heart of Venice, the hotel is also easy to reach by vaporetto or water taxi.
The interiors are those of a historic Venetian palace with refined rooms and elegant decorations.
