Admission without costume hire: 1,200 €per person
Admission with period costume hired from the atelier: 1,550 € per person

Admission to the after-dinner party: 195 € per person (period costume is obligatory but not included in the ticket)

Sales Conditions

For cancellations made before 24 January 2025, there is a refund of 50% of the total cost of the ticket. Thereafter, no refund will be given.
Photographic release – by purchasing the ticket the participant:
- authorises the organising company and all those acting on its behalf to capture their image on television, photographic or film media with the right to use it for editorial, promotional or any other publication purposes;
- renounces your image rights without any time limit and without any consideration in your favour; this renunciation does not, however, permit the use of the images in contexts detrimental to personal dignity and decorum and in any case for uses and/or purposes other than those indicated above;
- declares to be aware that the use of video cameras, cameras and personal photographic equipment is not permitted during the event.
In the case of the event being postponed or cancelled for reasons unrelated to COVID-1:
- the organisation reserves the right to cancel or suspend all or part of the event – in this case, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid, but the organisation will not be liable for any other expenses incurred by the customer;
- the organisation may change the venue and/or time of the event, communicating this to the customer, but keeping the event in the Venice area – in this case, no reimbursement will be made.
In the case of proven inability to attend the event due to governmental restrictions related to COVID-19, the organiser will provide a voucher for the amount paid, which can be used within three years for a subsequent event or for purchases at the atelier organising the event.

Venetian Reflections – Sunday 2nd March 2025

Experience the magic of a Venice Carnival theme party in the magical setting of a prestigious historical palace Labia; let yourself be captivated by a unique and prestigious location, discover the world of the Venetian Carnival masked balls and dive into a night of intrigue and fun!

Get ready to experience an unforgettable evening with an aperitif and gala dinner with tables decorated in style, shows and entertainment with artists and acrobats and photographic corners.

Entertainment will explode in the spectacle of mime dancers and singers who, together with acrobats, will create a kaleidoscope of emotions in a unique and exceptional setting.

To close the night in music, DJ Set and Live Music with open bar!

Venice Carnival Theme Party – the programme of Venice Reflections

7.30 pm. The sumptuous halls of Palazzo Labia open; an exclusive welcome cocktail is served amid glittering chandeliers and refined masks.

8:30 pm. Start of the refined Placée Dinner with a gourmet menu, inspired by Venetian flavours, that will take you on a journey through tradition with a contemporary twist. The dinner will be accompanied by live art, theatre and dance performances inspired by the seductive Casanova and his era. The Baroque setting and artistic performances will create a magical atmosphere that will pay homage to 18th century Venice, in a unique blend of mystery and elegance.

11.30 pm. After Dinner Party with Open Bar and DJ Set. Under the stars, with dancing, overwhelming music and mysterious and seductive masks, the most glamorous night of the Venice Carnival begins.

Around 3:00 am. End of the event.

Venetian Reflections: the dinner menus

The menus will be divided into a Meat Menu or Fish Menu of your choice; any allergies, intolerances and requests for vegetarian or vegan menus must be communicated at the time of reservation.

Venice Carnival theme party – The biggest costumes collection in Venice

Dress code: period costume is mandatory to partecipate in the party.

Those taking part in this event will become part of a night that will evoke Venetian nobility and tradition. They will be required to wear 18th century style costumes with gold, baroque and velvet embroidery and to wear elaborate masks.

The happening is organized by a famous Atelier, the only in Venice with more than 15,000 costumes. You will have the chance to choose for the evening, at a special price, among his wonderful historical costumes.

Some have served as models for film productions such as Elizabeth, Outlander, Twilight, Casanova and for theatrical and opera productions at the most prestigious theaters worldwide such as La Scala, La Fenice, Washington Opera DC, Lyric Opera of Chicago, New National Opera of Tokyo and many others.

A period costume is also required for the after-dinner party from 11.30 pm.

Venetian Reflections – party location

Let yourself be enraptured by the beauty and charm of a timeless and unrivalled place: Palazzo Labia, a historic Baroque palace located in Campo San Geremia in the Cannaregio district.

The rooms of the palace are famous for the presence of numerous valuable paintings by various famous artists of the time. The cycle of frescoes dedicated to the ‘Stories of Antony and Cleopatra’, a masterpiece by Giambattista Tiepolo, is certainly worth mentioning.

The palace will be decorated with exclusive atmospheres that will make the memories of a day unlike any other indelible. The theme of the ball is intended to evoke the essence and elegance of the Serenissima and is therefore inspired by a play of mirrors and light, water and glass.
