Saturday 14th February 2026 celebrates the 27th anniversary of the Tiepolo Ball in Venice in the magic of the Ridotto of Venice. This Venice masked ball will take place in one of the venues reserved precisely for dancing and entertainment in the Venice of the time. Immerse yourself in the atmosphere and dances of the past. Other practical information

Event Menu

Any food allergy or intolerance should be reported at the time of booking and not on the day of the event.
At the time of booking, you may specify whether you prefer a vegetarian or meat menu to the planned fish menu; please note that the menu cannot be changed on the day of the event.

Dress Code and other information

HISTORICAL COSTUME is mandatory
The reservation voucher is sufficient for entry to the party.
Dinner seating is in shared tables of 8 to 10 people; the table is assigned by the organizer in the reserved room.
Dance directions are in Italian and English.

Costume Rental

Costume rental is valid for 1 day. Upon request, it is possible to extend by one day at a special rate.
Those who have chosen the ticket that includes costume rental will receive an email from the atelier after purchase to make an appointment to choose and try on the dress before the event.
Costumes must be returned to the same location as the fitting. Any serious damage to the garments will be charged to guests.

- costume rent, if booked and according to category.

Sales Conditions

For cancellations up to 30 days before the event date, 80% of the paid amount will be refunded. For cancellations between 29 days and 7 days before the date of the event, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded. Thereafter, there will be no refund.
In case of cancellation of the Venice Carnival or in case the event could not take place due to possible restrictions/governmental provisions, the organizer undertakes to issue a voucher that can be used within the Venice Carnival in Costume® 2027.
By purchasing the ticket, each guest authorizes the organizing company, and personnel authorized by the organizing company, to take photos and shoot video during the event for promotional, television and editorial purposes.

Tiepolo Ball in Venice 2026

On the evening of Saturday, February 26, 2026, step through the doors of a truly magical place in Venice and take center stage at the Tiepolo Ball. One of the leading events of the Venice Carnival awaits you this year to celebrate the 27th edition in the stunning halls of the Ridotto at Palazzo Dandolo.

These halls hosted the great dance and entertainment festivals of Venice in the past;

This year, the Tiepolo Ball celebrates love in all its forms on the day dedicated to lovers, Valentine’s Day.

Tiepolo Ball: the Events’ program.

At the beginning of the event, a delicious aperitif will be served in the Ridotto hall, followed by an elegant dinner served at the table in the adjacent rooms inspired by the flowers of love: Rose, Orchid and Buttercup.

Classical musicians, opera singers and performers will entertain guests throughout the evening along with opera singers, dancers and various artists who will perform in the three halls wearing the luxurious costumes of the atelier.

The Grand Period Carnival Ball with waltzes, minuets and contradances will begin in the Ridotto Hall after dinner. You will learn how to replicate the group dances that enlivened the splendid festivities of the great European courts of the past with the expert and entertaining guidance of our Ball Masters and the accompaniment of the orchestra.

Between dances there will be hot chocolate, Venetian fritters, Prosecco and … some surprises not to be missed!

Here is the schedule for the evening of the Tiepolo Ball.

7:50 p.m. Invitation check.
8 p.m. Entrance to the party and welcome aperitif in the Salone del Ridotto.
9 pm: placé dinner with entertainment in the Rose, Orchid and Buttercup Rooms.
11:30 p.m. At the end of dinner, move to the Salone del Ridotto for coffee, carnival fritters and Prosecco (included in the ticket); opening of the bar for cocktails (for a fee).
11:40 p.m. Grand period ball with dancing in the Salone del Ridotto.
1:30 a.m.: end of the event.

Tiepolo Ball: the party menu

The delicious menu will be composed of seafood dishes that have been created ad hoc and taken care of in detail by our chef.

A dessert buffet and Prosecco will be set after dinner.

Our atelier offers 2 categories of the rental costumes (STANDARD – SUPERIOR). To decide which one to choose you can take a look at the sample catalog of costumes.

Category STANDARD

Period costumes inspired by European fashion of the 1700s and 1800s with quality fabrics and trimmings. Unique patterns not mass-produced and made in Venice.

Category SUPERIOR

Most elaborate period costumes inspired by the fashion of European courts in the 1700s and 1800s with fine fabrics and trimmings. Unique models not mass-produced and made in Venice.

Tiepolo Ball: costume rental includes

Men: the costume plus all essential accessories (shirt, jabot, tights, shoe bows).

Women: the costume plus all essential accessories (petticoats, paniers or cages) and any accessories that are part of the costume itself (handbags, strangles, brooches, etc.).

All other accessories are not included in the price: hats, masks, wigs, capes, etc. are separate but not compulsory, with costs varying depending on the model.

Choose the type of historical costume you prefer and book your place at the party. After your purchase you will receive an email from the atelier to make an appointment to choose and try on your costume.

The choice of costume takes place in the atelier, where the tailors can make any changes to the chosen dress.

We will make an appointment for the costume fitting in the atelier in good time before the event. Also an event within an event!
